1. Purpose of the App

AutoText is designed to automate M-Pesa-based workflows by reading transactional SMS messages. It extracts the sender's name and phone number to help users integrate this data into CRMs, financial dashboards, or other fulfillment systems

2. SMS Permission Usage

AutoText requests permission to:

• Read SMS To detect M-Pesa transaction messages.
• Receive SMS To capture incoming M-Pesa messages in real time.
• Internet Access:-To communicate with our external user dahsboard.

We do not read or access any other SMS messages unrelated to M-Pesa transactions.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

• AutoText only processes M-Pesa SMS messages locally on your device.
• Extracted data (phone number and name) is securely used to send a GET request to your linked external systems.
• No SMS content is stored, shared, or sold by AutoTEXT.
• AutoTEXT does not use your SMS data for advertising or analytics.
• We implement strong encryption and security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or breaches.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

• That you have legal rights to process the M-Pesa data being handled.
• That AutoText is used in a lawful and ethical manner consistent with your local regulations and Google's Developer Policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses that may occur through the use or misuse of AutoText, including failed automation, data inaccuracies, or missed messages.

• By installing and using AutoTEXT, you agree to Terms.
• You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. However, this may affect the app’s functionality.
